Nothing was too much bother for the ladies, from helping with the sizing to the different designs, I also used the swatch service which was so easy and so useful. Then when our mat arrived it was honestly nicer than I even imagined I had pre-ordered and it was worth the wait! I have two very happy children, an almost 3 year old and a 5 month old who spend most of their time on it it was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend it also.
