Playmat Dispatch Details  

Orders are collected from our warehouse in Amsterdam by our courier partners Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. We aim to despatch all EU orders within 7 working days. We are unable to ship to Switzerland and Norway for the forseeable future, we also cannot ship to islands off mainland Europe. Currently we ship with DPD, GLS or FedEx according to your location.

Please note. Once an order has dispatched, we cannot cancel or amend your order.

Preorder Details

Delivery Rates

All our delivery rates have been subsidised to help our Totter + Tumblers out as much as possible:

*For Finland, please be aware that the courier may deliver to your local Parcelshop/Post office for collection only. 

Aside from shipping charges, all our Totter + Tumblers pay the same price for their playmats.

Please note. For some EU locations deemed remote by the courier, there may be additional delivery surcharge of €20.00 passed on from the couriers, please click here to see the extensive list. We will reach out to you if your region or postal area has a surcharge.

You can expect to receive your Totter + Tumble playmat within 14 working days from dispatch. Within your Shipping Confirmation email you will receive the tracking to follow your playmat on its journey to you.

Typically, couriers will attempt delivery once and may then take the parcel to your local depot or post office for collection. We are unfortunately unable to organise redelivery for you, so do follow the tracking carefully for the estimated delivery date.
