To make our Swatch Service as sustainable as possible and fair to everyone, we limit our the number of swatches you can pick to two. Plus, only two swatches fit in the envelope!

So if you are getting a shipping error at checkout, this is likely to be the reason. We have curated our Design Guide to help you whittle down your choices.

Our Swatch service is available within mainland EU countries.

Swatches are sent via DPD and should be with you within 1-2 weeks.

Refunds are on condition of swatch return and are not linked to any order placed on a playmat. 

Swatches must be returned to our EU address within 40 days and are at your cost. 

The handling fee of €10 is non refundable.

Do not worry, keep checking here over the next few days. We run a rolling service, so as swatches are returned to us, once they are cleaned they will top up the stock.
